Laboratory Spray Dryer

Ideal for testing new formulations and products, this laboratory spray-dryer can be equipped with rotary disc and/or double-fluid nozzle atomization systems. It is very easy to adjust the disc velocity or the feeding pressure of the nozzle in order to reach the desired parameters.

It is also possilble to choose between gas or electric air heating system and the whole process can be controlled from the electric control board included.

The dried product is discharged both at the bottom of the chamber and at the outlet of the cyclone.

The drying capacity for this small unit varies between 3 and 6 kg/h of evaporated water.
