RC-R ISTANTIZER
Podwer products, even soluble ones, tend to float once they are placed into water and usually need to be mixed vigorously in order to obtain homogeneous appearence. Even after energic agitation into hot water, lumps of undissolved material remain; tipical examples are cocoa, coffee and milk powder dissolution.
After extensive tests in its R&D and engineering departments, ICF & WELKO Special Plants developed and patented the RC-R Istantizer equipment.
This agglomerator provides added value to powder products, hugely enhancing the solubility and wettability and at the same time increasing the free-flowing of the dry material. The processed product becomes " istantly " soluble, immedialy sinking under the water surface without any need for strong mixing. |
