History
The history of I.C.F. begins in 1961, when a gruop of Italian entrepreneurs decided to finance the spirit of enterprise of a handicraftsman from Modena.
In 1964 the concern changed its name to "CIBEC" and steered its sphere of activity into the drying field, induced by the local industrial situation formed by very many companies of the ceramic field.
In the second half of the seventies, CIBEC aquired ZAHN, a German company operating on the spray drying market. This aquisition helped in increasing the know how of the company, which at same time projected its activity on the European and world markets.
Besides the spray-drying, other technologies began developing, such as granulation and agglomeration.
In 1978, by then a consolidated reality in many countries of the world, CIBEC was taken over by an enterpreneur from Milan in cooperation with a local company: I.C.F. was born.
In the following years, and up to today, I.C.F. proved to be a company able to work with high quality standards, in wich the continuos incentive to improvement and innovation have been and are the basic elements to create soundness, reliability and flexibility. Al these qualities, at that time like today, are the basis for I.C.F.'s success and make the company be one the main points of reference in its own field. |
