Fluid bed DryersFluid bed dryers allow the drying, cooling and stabilization of powder product temperature and moisture , thus avoiding any condensate formation and reducing the storage time needed before packing. These functions are achieved by blowing preheated dry air on the previously fluidized product.
The fluid bed mainly consists of:
- fluidizing surface made of microdrilled plate - pressure generating chamber for fluidization air - suction hood for exhaust air - vibration source with controlled current powered vibrators - heat generator and fluidization-air fan complete with air-flow regulation |
