Spray CoolerThe Spray Cooler is an equipment used to obtain powder from products that are solid at ambient temperature. The working principle is similar to spray drying, but the feed to be sprayed is preheated above the melting point before entering the chamber and once reduced in droplets is cooled to the solid form again using cold air.
This technology is usually applied in processing low-melting fatty acids. |
