Bench Spray Dryer

Sometimes happens that the product to be dryed is available in very small quantities or is too much expensive to be processed even with standard pilot unit. These situations are common at Universities or R&D laboratories.

The solution proposed by ICF & WELKO Special plants is a bench micro spray-drying unit able to evaporate 1/2 kg/h of water.

Despite its small size, this machine is equipped with a stainless steel chamber, a glass cyclone and a double-fluid nozzle fed by a peristaltic pump. Air heating is achieved by electric energy and operation parameters are very easy to adjust thanks to a well designed control system.
